These items are computer-cut vinyl decals with polymeric self-adhesive vinyl materials. It comes with an application paper already applied. The numbers are up to 3 letters only (1~999). If you have 4 or more numbers, get a quote. There is an extra charge if more materials are needed.

The decals are suitable for vehicle bodywork, cars/motorbikes/caravans, go-karts, trailers. Could also be used on helmets, laptops and most other smooth, flat, non-porous surfaces: painted metal/plastic, etc.

What is Vinyl Lettering or Vinyl Decal?

Vinyl lettering or vinyl decal is a special adhesive vinyl that is cut directly from a piece of coloured material. This product is one colour only, see the image attached. Basically, it has three layers application paper, actual decal and backing paper. Only the actual decal will stick on your motorbike.

Fitting instructions

• Watch tutorials on YouTube how to install vinyl lettering or vinyl decals, especially if you have no experience.
• Prepare the surface properly, ensure it is spotless for best adhesion. 
• To the best result, use methylene or cleaner thinner to clean the surface from grease and oil and let the surface dry.
• Decide what method do you use to install the decals; dry or wet method. Some people use the wet method for curved surfaces.
• Remove backing paper from the sticker, leaving sticker on application tape.
• Apply one edge of the sticker to the surface, slowly apply the rest of the sticker onto the surface, and rub over firmly. Let it stick on the surface for about 10-15 minutes for the adhesive to work. If you use wet methods, you can use a heat gun to make sure the decals are totally dry before you remove the application tape.
• Carefully remove clear application tape from the sticker, to make it easy spray a little bit water on application tape to make it's adhesive weaker.
